Ok, scratch that. You know the parody has become something bigger than a fad when you appear at THE ORIGINAL’S WEDDING.
Yes! The parody group performed at KCO’s and Komuro’s wedding, with the hosts who had them on originally on their show “Gakkou e Ikou!” (I believe it’s the hosts, though one of them said they were a member of V6). Best man (?) MARC was also there…which made all this extremely awkward, I imagine, as the only one who visibly enjoyed it was KCO.
The video’s also worth watching for the wedding reception, since photos and such of Komuro and KCO’s wedding are rare, at least outside of Japan. (I’m assuming).

You know you pretty much made it when you’re being parodied — quite excellently, might I add XDD This ‘group’ seemed to have been pretty big at one point with their parody a la Weird Al.
